12.1 Use of the Website/Services is at your own risk. The Website/Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, ‘LITTLEBODIEVE.co.uk will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website/Services.
12.3 ‘LITTLEBODIEVE.co.uk makes no warranty that the Website/Services will meet your requirements, that Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of the Website/Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website/Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of ‘LITTLEBODIEVE.co.uk for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of ‘LITTLEBODIEVE.co.uk.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
13 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
14 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England (as part of the United Kingdom) and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Touring Pitches Terms & Conditions.
Advance booking may be made by telephone providing confirmation is made within five days.
When more than one pitch is required every effort will be made to place units next to each other. Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Tents and caravans may pitch together except on the electric hook ups. Parties of two or more who arrive together can normally be sited together, but there is no guarantee if they arrive at different times.
No guarantee can be given that you can take up your pitch if you arrive early or extend your stay beyond the period booked, every effort will be made to accommodate you, although this cannot be guaranteed especially during July and August. For those who have traveled overnight, it may be possible to pitch before 12 noon, although usually only out of peak season. Pitches are not individually allocated except for electric hook ups.
LATE ARRIVALS – please advise if your expected arrival is after 6 p.m. If arriving after dusk please park quietly on the park. If we have not been advised of a late arrival or delay by 6 p.m. on the date of arrival we reserve the right to re-let the pitch.
A DEPOSIT of £60.00 per week or part week is required (not refundable) and the final payment will be due before or on arrival. In the event of leaving early no refunds will be made. Please note we offer an Insurance Policy. Details will be sent to you on receipt of your Booking, this covers cancellations.
For their own safety Children under 15 must not be left un-accompanied on the park at any time and are not permitted in the swimming pool area without an ADULT (18 years). Any person found to be causing DAMAGE on the park will be asked to leave immediately along with their family.
Dogs are only permitted on the following strictly enforced conditions. Owners must ensure they don’t foul the Park and are on a lead at all times. They are not allowed near or in the swimming pool area. Never just open the door and let the Dog run free. Please use the Doggy walk. DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANYTIME. The local Dog Warden will be called to all unattended Dogs.
Any complaint regarding dogs which, in the opinion of the management, is justified will result in the owner of the dog being asked to leave the site immediately.

Static Holiday Caravans Terms & Condtions
You can telephone us for up-to-date information and vacancies. We will hold a provisional booking for a length of time stipulated during your call, this is usually for not more than 5 days. We must then receive your completed booking form and deposit of a quarter of the total cost, which is not refundable. Confirmation of the booking, showing the balance owing, will be sent to you by post. Balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Part week bookings are accepted out of high season.
The name and ages of all persons (if under 21 years), and full address of first named person, must appear on the booking form.
Your caravan will be available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We must ask you to vacate your caravan no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Please let us know if you are going to arrive late. If we have not heard from you by 6.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
Please note we offer an insurance policy. Details will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. This covers cancellations. No refunds will be given. In the event of leaving early, no refund will be made.
Caravans and equipment must be left in a clean condition. No fats left in pots and pans please. All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for. Duvets and pillows must remain in the caravans at all times. These holiday caravans have showers and colour televisions and all the amenities you would require, such as: cooker, fire, refrigerator, duvets, pillows, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. All you need to bring is your linen i.e. duvet covers, under sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea-towels and coat hangers. Clotheslines, only the hook-on window type supplied may be used (Laundry available). Cycles not to be taken into caravans or lent against caravans.
The hirer is held responsible for the contents of the caravan whilst in their possession.
The number of persons of all ages must not exceed the number of berths in the caravan, and must be stated on the booking form. The management reserves the right to enter the accommodation at a reasonable hour for the purpose of inspection or maintenance.
